近日在蘋果支持的論壇中，有用戶反映自己的蘋果手機 iPhone 13 在銷定時，會出現粉紅色的螢幕畫面，並且也會出現卡屏、崩潰等情況。目前沒有跡象表明是什麼操作所導致的問題，不過有部份用戶指出，重置 iPhone 的設置可解決問題。另外也有用戶引述蘋果的支持團隊回應，情況只屬於系統問題，是一個軟件的問題而跟硬件無關，但目前似乎還未能找到問題的成因，及解決方案。
